Because our cosmetics are hand-crafted in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once a package is marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at wildcloverhomesteadllc@gmail.com with photographic proof of the damage and your order number so we can arrange a replacement.

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or used products.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will gladly send a replacement.

• If the product is unopened and unused, you may return the product for store credit.
