Because our cosmetics are hand-crafted in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once a package is marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at wildcloverhomesteadllc@gmail.com with photographic proof of the damage and your order number so we can arrange a replacement.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or used products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will gladly send a replacement.
If the product is unopened and unused, you may return the product for store credit.
